When Importing to Unity, have VRChat Avatar SDK 3.0 and Liltoon Shader installed. For VRChat World SDK, liltoon is incompatible but I have included a fix in Readme.txt

Toony Panzer III is a standalone model, that includes a HD Track option for close inspection, and a LD Track option for movement via UV Scrolling. For application onto an Avatar as a toggle, the user will have to apply this on their own.
